- My name is Alex Mohamed I am a real estate agent I assist the expats to finding a wonderful flat that is good quality, affordable and fair. I have several flats available that are close to shopping, Starbucks and supermarkets, are newly furnished, and start from 500 us $ per month. Please let me know if anyone coming to Cairo Egypt needs a broker to help them locate and negotiate a great apartment in Cairo. My fee is only 10% of one's year rent (or if renting for a shorter term, 10% of the rent period--there is no fee if you do not find a flat with me). I have excellent references, and I am licensed and 5 years of experience helping expats, students, tourists and foreigners find a great flat at a fair price. My office is located downtown near the Egyptian Museum, but I would be happy to visit the school because I have the flat information on my laptop (pictures, etc). I previously lived in Europe and can speak English, German and of course Arabic.
